rbaja Terms & Conditions: Rules Governing Use of Our Platform

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "rbaja" refers to the operator of the rbaja platform, its employees, directors, agents, and affiliates.
• "Platform" means the rbaja website at rbaja.io, any associated subdomains, and any official mobile applications provided by rbaja.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses the Platform, creates an account, or participates in any betting or gaming activity offered by rbaja.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on the Platform, used to access betting, casino, and gaming services.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency in which rbaja processes deposits, withdrawals, and account balances.
• "Funds" means real-money deposits held within a Player's rbaja Account balance.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet amounts, or bonus balances credited to an Account pursuant to a promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules applicable to individual betting markets, casino games, and slots titles, which are published within each product's interface on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity and address verification procedures conducted by rbaja in accordance with its compliance obligations.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction applied to an Account, at the Player's request, preventing access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.

To register and maintain an account on rbaja, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. rbaja is strictly an adult platform. Players aged under 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, wager, or withdraw. rbaja reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in a personal capacity, and not on behalf of any business entity or third party.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list, nor have you been excluded from gambling by any regulatory or judicial order.
• You have not previously had an rbaja Account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.
• You are using your own funds for all deposits and wagers. Use of funds belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online betting and casino gaming activities under the laws applicable to your place of residence. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of rbaja complies with applicable local law.

Registration Process

To open an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number associated with your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). You must not impersonate any other person or use false information during registration.

rbaja reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account registration does not create any contractual right to continued use of the Platform beyond compliance with these Terms.

One Account Per Player: Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one active rbaja Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through any other means — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts. rbaja may, at its discretion, void any winnings generated across duplicate accounts and retain any bonus funds credited to them.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any other person. rbaja will not be liable for any losses, claims, or damages arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify rbaja support immediately at [email protected]. rbaja will investigate the report and may temporarily suspend the account pending the outcome of that investigation.

Account Accuracy: You are responsible for keeping your account details — including your registered mobile number and linked payment method — accurate and up to date. Changes to account details may require re-submission of KYC documentation. rbaja accepts no liability for failed transactions arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

Inactive Accounts: An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. rbaja reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive account balances, subject to advance notice being provided by email or SMS to the registered contact details on the account.

Deposits

All deposits on rbaja are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following supported mobile payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay (United Commercial Bank). The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. rbaja does not impose a maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

Deposits are credited to your rbaja Account balance in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes of confirmed payment. rbaja is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems, network outages, or maintenance windows. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes of confirmed payment, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted from within your rbaja account dashboard at any time, provided your account balance exceeds the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by rbaja support.

All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC may be required to submit government-issued identity documentation (National ID, passport, or birth certificate) and proof of their registered payment method before a withdrawal is released.

rbaja targets a withdrawal processing time of 2–24 hours from the point of request approval, subject to KYC completion and fraud screening checks. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

rbaja reserves the right to carry out enhanced due-diligence checks on large withdrawal requests. Requests exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in a 30-day period may be subject to additional documentation requirements and extended processing timelines.

All bets and wagers placed on the rbaja Platform are subject to the applicable Game Rules for the relevant product — cricket betting, live casino, slots, or specialty games. Game Rules are published within each product's interface and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between a specific Game Rule and these Terms, the Game Rule will prevail for that specific product.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until rbaja's system has accepted it and issued a unique bet reference number. Bets displayed as "pending" are not confirmed. rbaja reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has concluded, or where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are set at the market level and are displayed within the betting interface prior to placement. rbaja reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts based on risk assessment.

Void Bets: rbaja may void a bet where: (a) the event is abandoned or suspended and not completed within 48 hours of scheduled start; (b) an obvious pricing error has occurred; (c) the bet was placed after the event outcome was determined; or (d) fraudulent activity is suspected in connection with the bet. Void bets are returned to the Player's account balance as real-money funds.

Live Betting: In-play betting markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing throughout the course of an event. Bets placed during a period of market suspension are void. Network latency issues experienced by the Player do not entitle the Player to cancel accepted bets.

rbaja may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published on the Platform at the time the promotion is active. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and satisfy the eligibility criteria specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Each promotion is limited to one per Player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay number).
• Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.
• rbaja reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable prior notice provided where practicable.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets across accounts, or using prohibited betting patterns — will result in the forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses hold no cash value prior to satisfaction of Wagering Requirements and cannot be transferred between accounts.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rbaja Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance (to the extent permitted), and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Match-fixing and insider information: Placing bets using non-public information about the outcome of an event, or participating in any scheme to fix or manipulate a sporting event.
• Fraud: Any use of stolen payment credentials, fraudulent chargebacks, or misrepresentation of identity.
• Money laundering: Using rbaja for the purpose of concealing the origin of funds derived from criminal activity. rbaja is committed to anti-money-laundering compliance and cooperates fully with any lawful investigation.
• Automated betting: Use of bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip-dumping in poker or live casino games.
• Platform exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or any platform vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage. Players who identify a platform error must report it to [email protected] immediately and must not seek to profit from it.
• Account sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your rbaja Account.
• Underage gambling: Registering or playing on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.

All content on the rbaja Platform — including but not limited to the rbaja brand name and logo, website design, user interface layout, graphics, text, software, data structures, game interfaces, and all associated intellectual property rights — is owned by or licensed to rbaja and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute Platform content; reverse-engineer any Platform software; create derivative works based on Platform content; or use rbaja's branding in any way not expressly authorised in writing by rbaja.

Any unauthorised use of rbaja's intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may also constitute an infringement of applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rbaja's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rbaja shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) any indirect or consequential loss; (c) loss of data or corruption of data; (d) service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, telecommunications networks, or force majeure events; or (e) any losses arising from a Player's failure to keep their account credentials secure.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. rbaja does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or malicious code. rbaja will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee any specific uptime percentage.

rbaja is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Bangladesh players. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following tools are available to all account holders free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account to manage your spending.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

rbaja collects personal data that is necessary to operate the Platform, process transactions, conduct KYC verification, comply with applicable legal obligations, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies where legally required.

Termination by the Player: You may close your rbaja Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money funds remaining in your account balance will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding investigations are in progress.

Suspension or Termination by rbaja: rbaja reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe;
• Account inactivity as described in Section 3;
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by a person under 21 years of age;
• A court order, regulatory directive, or other legal obligation requiring rbaja to close or restrict the account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, rbaja reserves the right to withhold any pending withdrawal, void any open bets, and retain Bonus Funds. Real-money deposits (net of any voided winnings) will be returned at rbaja's discretion following the completion of any investigation.

rbaja reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, rbaja will provide at least 7 days' prior notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered Players by SMS or email to their registered contact details.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page and in the sidebar table of contents. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the rbaja Platform that cannot be resolved through rbaja's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and rbaja with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
